Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product, destination, and supplier location.

  • Some items may qualify for free shipping.

Multiple Items in One Order

Because items may ship from different suppliers, you may receive multiple packages at different times.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.

  • If your tracking number does not update after 7 days, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply, depending on your country’s laws.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address:

  • Please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes, and you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
